What is pure water window cleaning?

Tap water has minerals in it, and those minerals are what leave spots on glass when it dries. Our RO/DI system filters them out, so the water rinses dirt away and dries spot-free with no soap or chemicals.

What comes in the kit?

The full kit includes the RO/DI pure water system on a rolling cart (with a pressure gauge and built-in TDS meter), a 30 ft water-fed pole, 100 ft of water-fed hose, a 10" hybrid brush with a rinse bar, a shut-off valve, a handheld TDS meter and a filter wrench.

How does it hook up?

Connect the system to an outdoor faucet with a regular garden hose. The pure water runs from the system up the pole hose to the brush.

How high can I reach?

The pole extends to 30 ft, so you can clean second-story windows and higher while standing safely on the ground. It has 6 sections, so you can set the length you need for each job.

Will other brushes fit the pole?

Yes. The pole has a Euro thread tip, which fits standard Euro-thread brushes and accessories.

What is a TDS meter for?

TDS stands for total dissolved solids, which is how much mineral is left in your water, measured in PPM. The closer to 0, the purer the water. When your reading starts climbing, it's time to replace your DI resin.

Can I buy parts separately?

Yes. The RO/DI system, the 30 ft pole, the handheld TDS meter and the quick connect fittings are each sold on their own.

Do you deliver in Houston?

Yes, delivery is free in the Houston area! Just choose Local pickup at checkout and we'll text you to set up a delivery time. If it's easier, you can pick up your order in Richmond, TX instead.

How much is shipping outside Houston?

Small items like TDS meters and fittings ship for $8 Standard or $15 Express per order. Kits, RO/DI systems and poles are big, so we quote shipping on each order. Call or text 832-755-2755 or email welcome@thewindowcleaningshop.com with your ZIP code for a quote.

Can I return something?

All sales are final, so please reach out with any questions before you buy. Everything comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
